I, Eric Holz is originally from the Grand Ledge area. After high school, I went to culinary school in Arizona and returned to the area after I finished my degree. I worked as a personal chef for Governor Granholm. While working with her I learned a lot and enjoyed the many challenges of cooking large dinners for political figures and other influential people. After working for Governor Granholm, I did what I'd always wanted to do and joined the military. With support of friends and family, I joined the United States Marine Corps and to this day it has been one of the best decisions of my life.
