The Holz Team is here to help you! Whether buying or selling your home tell us what you want & we’ll
work hard to find it.
We know that finding a REALTOR® can be challenging. Finding a new home is fun, but there are parts of
the process that can get a little stressful and overwhelming sometimes.
Selling a home is more than sticking a “For Sale” sign in the yard. Many try selling their home on their
own; which is called a FSBO (For Sale by Owner) and are rarely successful. Mainly, because they don’t
know how to get their home ready to sell nor do they have the capabilities to advertise as REALTORS®
do. We have access to 48 websites to advertise your home globally.
Most people that are selling don’t have any idea of how to get the house “ready” to sell. Statistics show
only 8% of FSBO are successful and only 3% say they get asking price because they are not familiar with
negotiating an offer. Let us do the work for you.
We, Eric Holz and Tiffany Shea of the Holz Team look forward to giving you superior service. The Holz
Team is dedicated to listening intently and matching individuals and families with the properties, and
neighborhoods that best suit their needs.
About The Holz Team -
I, Eric Holz is originally from the Grand Ledge area. After high school, I went to culinary school in Arizona
and returned to the area after I finished my degree. I worked as a personal chef for Governor Granholm.
While working with her I learned a lot and enjoyed the many challenges of cooking large dinners for
political figures and other influential people. After working for Governor Granholm, I did what I’d always
wanted to do and joined the military. With support of friends and family, I joined the United States
Marine Corps and to this day it has been one of the best decisions of my life. Through my time in the
military I learned more on how to treat others with respect, self-discipline, and the value of integrity.
As for Tiffany, she is originally from Michigan, moved out of the area in 1997 and returned to Lansing
around 2009. I am prior military (Air Force), and worked as a government contractor. I have my
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my Master’s degree in Counseling. I’ve always been interested in
real estate and decided to take the leap of faith and get my real estate license. During this journey, I’m
proud to say this is something I’m passionate about.
Thank you for your time. We hope to work with you in the future.

Eric & Tiffany came highly recommended to me, and they went far above any expectations I had going into my home purchase. My situation showed the exact reason why it's crucial to be working with a great agent. I was out-of-state during the home search phase, went through a classification change for my employment, lost my drivers license just before closing, documentation issues with the lender, etc etc you name it. With all of the issues that arose, they were always taking a proactive approach to making sure the deal stays on the table. Can't recommend them enough and it's safe to say they earned my business moving forward.

For a first time home buyer I was clueless on the process and what I was looking for. Tiffany was the exact realtor I needed in this process. She helped me in every step, sharing her knowledge and making the process easy! Tiffany bent over backwards to ensure that everything went the way I had hoped for. Her communication was a 10/10 and I am so thankful she was my realtor. I would recommend the Holz team to everyone I know!

The short version: these guys talk the talk and walk the walk to back up the talk. You’re in seriously good hands, so don’t hesitate to hire them.

The long version: my fiancé and I were looking to buy our first home in Lansing, and we met Eric and Tiffany at an open house (of the home we’ve since purchased). They represented the seller. They spent a lot of time talking with us after everyone else was gone about the house, agents, etc. They explained to us that since we didn’t have a buyer’s agent yet, they could act as dual agents and represent us and the seller should we choose to enlist their services. We thought we clicked with them, they seemed like great and well-intentioned people, and it seemed to be in our interest to foster a speedy, seamless transition for the seller, so we hired them as our buyer’s agents. Honestly, I have to tell you — I assumed that the buyer would take precedence for them since they represented the buyer first, but that was absolutely not the case. Eric and Tiffany made us as much of a priority as the buyer and went above and beyond to get us the things we asked for. They were incredibly fair in the way they handled everything. They did a great job at communicating with us every step of the way and answering all of our questions. Like I said, they talk the talk, but as Eric will tell you many times, reputation is everything. If you don’t deliver the things you say you will (like fair, impartial representation), your word means nothing. And, I’m telling you, they’ll deliver.

My fiance was actually very impressed with their service, particularly because his 3 previous experiences with a realtor were nowhere near this level. Eric and Tiffany are the best, and you'll be in great hands!
